Founded and led by Neelesh Chandola — LL.B., MBA (HR), Licentiate in Life Insurance, and a Certified Insurance Anti-Fraud Professional (CIAFP) — backed by a senior bench of executives, investigators, legal and medical experts. Visus IRS is an ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 certified intelligence-led claims investigation company on a simple mission: make every claim decision faster, sharper, and defensible. We pair two decades of field craft with software we've built ourselves — turning what was historically a paper-heavy, opaque process into something insurers can actually see, measure, and trust.
The Origin
We started in 2004 as Vision Investigation Services and incorporated as Visus Investigation and Risk Services Pvt. Ltd. in 2018 — same team, sharper structure. Today we operate in Life and General Insurance claims and verifications, working with some of the country's largest insurers.
